Dorak is a two-sided appointment platform for businesses that run on memberships and regulars. Customers verify their phone once over WhatsApp and book in one tap; owners run the calendar, the clients, the session packages and the standing weekly slots from one place — in English, Hebrew and Arabic.
Most booking software assumes every appointment is a one-off stranger. Studios, gyms, clinics and salons don’t work that way — their calendar is made of packages and of people who come every week. Dorak is built around exactly those two.
Sell a ten-session package or an unlimited plan. Booking decrements the balance, cancelling refunds the session back, and renewal runs on its own schedule. Both sides see what’s left, so nobody is counting sessions on the back of a card.
Every Tuesday at 17:00. Or every other week. Or monthly. Dorak keeps materialising the appointments on a rolling horizon, so a regular’s slot is genuinely reserved in the calendar instead of living in somebody’s memory — and it shows up for them like any other booking.

The Dorak directory lists businesses by category, with real availability behind each one — not a form that promises somebody will call you back.
A six-digit code on WhatsApp confirms the number is yours. After that you stay signed in on that device — no password, no sign-up form.
Slots are computed live in the business’s own timezone. Pick a time, confirm, done — and the confirmation is a ticket you can add to your calendar.

The business’s. Every slot is computed in the business’s own timezone and stays correct through daylight-saving changes — a 17:00 class is at 17:00 in March and in November.
Real, not machine-mirrored. English, Hebrew and Arabic each have their own copy across the booking pages, the console and the app, and the right-to-left layouts are laid out as right-to-left rather than flipped.
Yes. A private booking page hides its services and slots server-side from anyone whose number is not on the allowlist, and opens with an invite link after a phone verification.
