Appointments · Memberships · Standing bookings

Booking built for the businesses a plain booking tool keeps letting down.

Dorak is a two-sided appointment platform for businesses that run on memberships and regulars. Customers verify their phone once over WhatsApp and book in one tap; owners run the calendar, the clients, the session packages and the standing weekly slots from one place — in English, Hebrew and Arabic.

Why Dorak exists

The two things a plain booking tool doesn’t do

Most booking software assumes every appointment is a one-off stranger. Studios, gyms, clinics and salons don’t work that way — their calendar is made of packages and of people who come every week. Dorak is built around exactly those two.

Memberships with a real session ledger

Sell a ten-session package or an unlimited plan. Booking decrements the balance, cancelling refunds the session back, and renewal runs on its own schedule. Both sides see what’s left, so nobody is counting sessions on the back of a card.

Recurring bookings that actually hold the slot

Every Tuesday at 17:00. Or every other week. Or monthly. Dorak keeps materialising the appointments on a rolling horizon, so a regular’s slot is genuinely reserved in the calendar instead of living in somebody’s memory — and it shows up for them like any other booking.

For the people booking

No app to install, no password to invent

A customer’s whole relationship with Dorak is a phone number. Verify it once, and every business on the platform becomes one tap away.

Find a business

The Dorak directory lists businesses by category, with real availability behind each one — not a form that promises somebody will call you back.

Verify once, over WhatsApp

A six-digit code on WhatsApp confirms the number is yours. After that you stay signed in on that device — no password, no sign-up form.

Book in one tap

Slots are computed live in the business’s own timezone. Pick a time, confirm, done — and the confirmation is a ticket you can add to your calendar.

Every booking in one place

Appointments across every business you use, in one list, with cancelling where the business allows it.

Save the places you go back to

The barber, the studio, the clinic. Saved places keep the ones you use often at the top.

Private pages open for you

Members-only booking pages unlock from an invite link once your number is on the list — no separate account required.

For the business

The calendar, the clients and the packages in one place

Run the day from a browser or from your phone. The scheduling rules are the part most tools get wrong, so they are the part Dorak spent the most time on.

Web console and iPhone app

A full owner console in the browser at /admin — dashboard, calendar, services, clients and settings — plus a Dorak app for iPhone over the same data.

Services, variants and classes

One service at several prices and durations, and classes or group sessions with a seat capacity that fills up properly.

Availability that survives a clock change

Working hours, one-off exceptions, minimum lead time, buffers between appointments and how far ahead people may book — all computed in the business timezone, DST and all.

Clients, not just bookings

A record per person: contact details, private notes and their whole history with you. Membership balances hang off the same record.

Public page or invite-only

List the business in the directory, or keep the page private behind a phone allowlist and hand out an invite link. Blocked numbers stay blocked in either mode.

Two people can’t take one slot

Every booking is written in a transaction with a database-level guard against double-booking. Not a race the customer can win twice.

Part of the Mslahtk platform

Dorak is built and run by Mslahtk — same team, same infrastructure, same phone numbers your customers already answer. If you work with Mslahtk already, Dorak is the appointments half of it. If you don’t, mslahtk.ai is where a Dorak rollout starts: we set the business up, and you get the booking page, the console and the app.

Good to know

Does Dorak take payments?

No. Dorak runs the schedule, not the money. Prices are shown so everyone knows what an appointment costs, and payment stays between the customer and the business, exactly the way it already works.

Whose clock are the times in?

The business’s. Every slot is computed in the business’s own timezone and stays correct through daylight-saving changes — a 17:00 class is at 17:00 in March and in November.

How good is the Hebrew and Arabic?

Real, not machine-mirrored. English, Hebrew and Arabic each have their own copy across the booking pages, the console and the app, and the right-to-left layouts are laid out as right-to-left rather than flipped.

Can a business keep its page private?

Yes. A private booking page hides its services and slots server-side from anyone whose number is not on the allowlist, and opens with an invite link after a phone verification.
