Good to know
Does Dorak take payments?
No. Dorak runs the schedule, not the money. Prices are shown so everyone knows what an appointment costs, and payment stays between you and your customer.
What does it cost?
Dorak comes through Mslahtk. There are no payments inside Dorak itself, and pricing is agreed with Mslahtk around what your business needs.
Do my customers need to download anything?
No. They book from your link in any browser, with their phone number and a one-time code.
Whose clock are the times in?
Your business’s. Every slot is worked out in your own time zone and stays right through daylight-saving changes, so a 17:00 class is at 17:00 in March and in November.
Can I keep my booking page private?
Yes. A private page hides its services and times from anyone whose number isn’t on your list, and opens with an invite link after a phone check.
Can I set everything up myself?
Yes. Verify your phone on the sign-in page, name your business and add your services. If you would rather we did it, one WhatsApp message is enough.
